PDF Design
Even "just a PDF" requires a professional design.
Document Presentation | Just a PDF
The document should present itself
We will design a piece that clearly conveys your message and looks good coming off the laser printer. You can't always be available to answer questions when a visitor comes to your site and prints out a PDF on a service that interests them. That PDF has to represent your company and make its point quickly. You've succeeded in capturing interest on your site and getting the visitor to print out your information, now quickly reassure them that they have come to the right place.
We can also create PDF forms that allow visitors to provide information while viewing your PDF on their computer.
"It’s just a PDF on our site..."
We understand you may be moving away from printing your sales collateral to reduce printing costs, but any collateral should be carefully designed. Every PDF on your site should be designed with laser printer margins in mind, so that your content does not get cut off when someone prints it.
While designing your piece we take into account what may look good on the computer screen may not look good in print. For instance, some web sites have a black background with white text, and if your PDF followed that style it would be hard to read once printed. Think about it, how many newspapers have you seen that are white text on black? Your PDF needs to be legible on and off screen.
